WorkBINs are add-on modules on top of the core unit. Pick the ones that match the job and they arrive loaded, sorted into the WorkBOX rather than tipped into it.

Anything not covered here, just ask. A booking request costs nothing, and we confirm every detail with you before it is final.

  • Is a deposit required?

    Yes. A deposit holds your delivery date. We confirm the exact amount with you when we review your booking request, before you owe anything.

  • How much space do I need for delivery?

    Less than you'd think. A WorkBOX itself is about the size of a midsize car. Getting it there is where we really stand out: our delivery system is agile and mobile enough to access tight spaces that standard rollback or delivery trucks simply cannot reach, like narrow alleys and tight side yards. We'll confirm access on our end before your delivery day.

  • Can I change how long I keep it?

    Yes. Rentals run by the week or the month. Call or text us before your end date and we will extend the rental if the unit is available. Tell us early and it is straightforward.

  • What happens if a tool is damaged or goes missing?

    Let us know as soon as you notice. Normal wear on working tools is expected and accounted for. Damage and missing items are handled under the rental agreement you sign at delivery, so there are no surprises after the fact.

  • What is actually inside a WorkBOX?

    A lit, weather-tight workspace with work surfaces, drawer storage and professional-grade power and hand tools racked in place, plus any WorkBINs you add for your trade. We confirm the specific contents with you before delivery.
